Child Policy
.Kids below 3years stay for free
· Children between 4 - 11years sharing with 2 adults will be charged 50% of the per
person sharing rate (Maximum 2kids)
· 2 Kids between 4 - 11years in their own room will be charged a single room rate
· 3 Kids between 4 - 11years in their own room will be charged double room rate
· 1 child (4-11yrs) sharing with 1 adult pays 75% of per person sharing rate, adult
pays per person sharing rate
Cancellation Policy
-Less than 45 days before arrival, 50% of the first night’s charge will be charged
- Less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the first night’s charge will be charged
- 15 days before arrival, 50% of the entire room’s bill will be charged
- Any cancellation of group booking within 15 days of arrival would attract 100%
retention of the entire anticipated bill
Single Room Policy
-Single occupancy will be charged 80% of the double room rate
Day Room Policy
· Day use rooms between 12.00 noon and 6.00 pm will be charged at 75% of the room
rate made for early arrival/extended departure time subject to availability
Payment Policy - Off Season
- For bookings, we shall require 50% down payment at least 30 days prior
to arrival to fully secure the rooms. The rest of the advance needs to be deposited
minimum 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Payment Policy - Peak Season
-For bookings, we shall require 50% down payment at least 90 days prior
to the arrival to fully secure the rooms. Rest of the advance needs to be deposited
minimum 60 days prior to the arrival date
Easter season Policy
-Easter supplement shall apply @ US$ 30.00 per person per night.
