Less than 15 days: 50–100% of total cost depending on arrangements

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after deduction of applicable fees.

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, or any other travel documents required.

Vinem Tours & Travel is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.
5. Health and Safety

Travelers should consult a physician for medical advice prior to travel.

Clients must have relevant travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and loss of personal property.
