Child Policy
Child rate is applicable for children aged 5 - 11.9 years sharing with one or two adults.
Children under 5 years stay free (excluding park fees).
Children staying in own room pay 75% of the room rate.
Confirmation and Cancelation Policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit of the total
invoice is required upon confirmation of the
booking.
100% payment of the total Invoice is
required 45 days prior to the date of arrival
for all the seasons.
Cancelation 61+ days, prior to arrival
– no cancellation fee charged.
Cancellation 46-60 days, prior to arrival
– 25% cancellation fee charged.
Cancellation 22-45 days, prior to arrival
– 50% cancellation fee charged.
Cancellation 72 hrs - 21 days, prior to arrival
– 75% cancellation fee charged.
Cancellation less than 72 hours, or no-show
– 100% cancellation fee charged.
Single Room Policy
We allow a maximum of TWO Single rooms per booking.
Pets Policy
Tulia Amboseli Safari Camp does NOT allow
pets in, or on the premises.
Activity Policy
Bush/outdoor activities such as bush dinner,
bush breakfast, sundowner and walking safari
are weather-permitting.
